The warranty and the repair and return policy apply to all XlidaClub brand products. All products meeting the warranty conditions can be repaired, exchanged and returned free of charge (excluding shipping costs). For specific warranty conditions please refer to the table below:

NOTE: The warranty does not cover damage created by human factors. Repair is free during the warranty period (excluding shipping costs). XlidaClub reserves all rights of interpretation. The following cases are not due to quality issues, therefore the warranty does not apply (costs and repair charges may apply):

  • Malfunction due to non-compliance with the instructions for use.
  • Defects due to repairs made by companies other than official XlidaClub dealers.
  • Malfunctions due to the lack of maintenance of the electric scooter, causing wear of other components.
  • Leakage or broken cable due to the impact of a foreign object.
  • Damage caused by overloading or jumping in extreme sport.
  • Damage caused by force majeure (eg: fire, earthquake, lightning, flood).
  • If there is water in the battery caused by rain.
  • If the parts of the scooter are in a state of natural / normal wear

Refund and Returns

Please read the returns policy fully to make sure you are eligible for a refund and that the process is as smooth as possible. Returning an Kid Scooter and E-Scooter

You’ll need to notify us that you'd like to return your product within 15 days of receiving it. It must be correctly packaged and returned in the original box with all parts included (Charger, manual, accessories etc). The product must be in ‘as new’ and clean condition with no scratches, blemishes or excessive wear and tear. Important Note: If your scooter is incorrectly packed and is damaged in transit, we may be unable to accept your return. Refund and Returns

Once your Balance Bikes, Tricycles & Riders, Kid Scooters and E-Scooters have been received, our technicians will review your return in-line with the above guidelines, this can take up to 7 working days. If approved, you will receive a full refund. It can take up to 7 working days to show in your account and refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Ready to return your item? Delivery Times for Products Orders

Belgium and Luxembourg: 2 to 3 days Switzerland, France, Germany, and the Czech Republic: 3 to 4 days Spain and Italy: 6 to 8 days Portugal and the rest of Europe: 7 to10 days Please note that these estimates are for working days and exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping process
